The Doodle tells us that the best time is 9th feb (Monday) in Oxford. The problem with Oxford is that we from Sweden only get 4 hours of meeting time because of the travel distance and available flights. And NLNetLabs got no travel budget.

Second best option is 10th feb (Tuesday) in Amsterdam. I am willing to say that we should go for this date.
