The Signer will convert any known type number in the unsigned zone to a type name in the signed zone.

Yes, but the best way is to sync ldns and dnsruby so that they support the same RR types.

If we want this fix, it would only be good to have this before we have synced the libraries (if we are not mentioning the case where the user haven't upgraded the libraries). So if we want ldns and dnsruby to be in sync for 1.1, then this fix should be in 1.0.
