 When calling ksmutil addzone with just the zone name it sets the path to
 the config and zonefiles to the wrong location (prepends \usr\local).  The
 zone mcd.coop was added manually and has the correct location.

 libxml2=/usr --with-botan=/usr --with-
 pkcs11-softhsm=/usr/local/lib/libsofthsm.so
