[Opendnssec-develop] request for a one-change-per-commit-policy

hi,

even though I know it generates a bit more work, I'd humbly request  
that we commit one fix/feature/... per commit. it makes it so much  
easier to track changes and bugs, instead of a gazillion small tweeks  
in one single commit.
