Hi

I think is time to make a new release for SoftHSMv1. It has been more than
a year since the last release, but only a few minor bug fixes since then.

There are no open issues for SoftHSMv1. Just need to merge an update on the
NEWS file: https://github.com/opendnssec/SoftHSMv1/pull/20

Jakob, maybe you can help me with the release?
