Hi,

(This is old, but never officially communicated).

LDNS 1.6.14 and LDNS 1.6.15 are unable to create NSEC and NSEC3
records with empty bitmaps. Therefore, new releases of OpenDNSSEC
(1.3.12 and up) enforce not to build against these versions of LDNS.
For older versions of OpenDNSSEC it is strongly discouraged to link
against LDNS 1.6.14 and LDNS 1.6.15.
