[Opendnssec-develop] Deprecating SoftHSMv1

Hi

The latest release of SoftHSMv1 was version 1.3.8 in 2016-11-14. No active
development or bugs have been reported since then.

The first stable release of SoftHSMv2 was in 2015-07-17.

I think we should officially deprecate SoftHSMv1. Any comments?
