[Opendnssec-develop] Tue. Feb 21st, Confluence and JIRA maintenance

Dear all,

On Tuesday February 21st, SURFnet will be performing maintenance on the
OpenDNSSEC Confluence and JIRA instances (wiki.opendnssec.org and
issues.opendnssec.org). During this maintenance, all products will be
upgraded to the latest releases from Atlassian.

The upgrade will take place over the entire business day, from 8:00h CET
to 17:00h CET, during which time the systems may be intermittently
unavailable.
