It has come to my attention we have a problem in our date notation.

We accept (and output) this: P[n]Y[n]M[n]DT[n]H[n]M[n]S or P[n]W
which is according to ISO 8601.
Xmlschema used xsd:duration, which is "inspired by"[1] ISO 8601. -HOWEVER-
It does not support nor mention the week notation

I propose to redefine our date notation as "xsd:duration" rather than
"ISO 8601". This makes it possible to use existing xml checking tools.
