[Opendnssec-develop] kasp draft

Hi,

Jerry and I thought it would be a good idea to standardize key and
signing policies (format and behavior), now that more people announced
that they have implementing key policies on their road map.

We have published a draft and intend to get it adopted by the dnsop wg:
