Hello,

I tried building SoftHSM 2 against OpenSSL 0.9.8 and it failed to compile; the return values of the HMAC context operations cannot be mapped to boolean because they are void.  Using OpenSSL 1.0.0 should remedy this.  So did using Botan instead.

The instructions on this page therefore need updating where they name the minimum version:
