[Opendnssec-develop] SUPPORT-86

Hi,

I have a few spare cycles so I thought I would try and help.

I can reproduce SUPPORT-86 - build on OS X only works with -D_POSIX_C_SOURCE in CFLAGS.

The build also works with -D_DARWIN_C_SOURCE. From looking at the man page for compat(5) this seems reasonable. Does anyone have any thoughts on which is better.
