[Opendnssec-develop] RE: 1.3.16 and 1.4.3 production releases

Hi All, 

As discussed in the team meeting last week the outstanding JIRA issues (330/436 - NSEC3PARAM TTL) have now been completed and so both the 1.3 and 1.4 branches are ready for the next patch releases. Please refrain from submitting any more code into either the 1.3 or 1.4 branch until after the releases unless you are sure it is safe to include in the production release. 

Jakob - since Jerry is on vacation could you please indicate if/when you could possibly create the release candidates for both these releases?
