I have downgraded jenkins from v1.500 to v1.499 as v1.500 is not loading all jobs. There is a similar bug report already filed against v1.500 - https://issues.jenkins-ci.org/browse/JENKINS-16568 although we are seeing this on a single axis matrix job.

I have disabled auto updates of jerkins until this is fixed.
