[Opendnssec-develop] Can we keep repositories on GitHub in lowercase?

Hi,

I would like to suggest that we keep all repositories on GitHub in lowercase because that is the standard.

That would also mean a rename of SoftHSMv1 (to perhaps softhsm) and SoftHSMv2 (to perhaps softhsm2).
