[Opendnssec-develop] More on OpenDNSSEC versions... Support policy and 1.5 anyone?

Given the limited time available to developers I think I was right in the first place to raise the importance of 2.0 for the project.  It is our way out of a difficult-to-maintain KASP Enforcer.
