[Opendnssec-develop] JIRA Support project removal

Hi All,

Original the support project and process was put in place because the
OpenDNSSEC company was/is going to sell support but later on we
noticed that the Atlassian open source license does not allow us to
use JIRA for that.

Therefor I wish to remove the support project from JIRA to simplify
the processes.

Any objections?
