[Opendnssec-develop] Test platform: Added SUSE and 4 32bit dists

Hi,

Some updates has been made to the test platform:

- Added SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 11 SR2 64bit
- Added Ubuntu Server 10.04.3 32bit
- Added CentOS 6.2 32bit
- Added OpenSUSE 12.1 32bit
- Added FreeBSD 9 32bit (still need to setup this)

- Disabled test-opendnssec-trunk job
  Signer hangs on a test on OpenSUSE 32bit and does not recover so it
does not continue, would stall all tests on that platform if left
enabled
