[Opendnssec-develop] Testing

Hi,

I began to document the testing setup last week but haven't finished
yet, you can read it here:

It's based on the work me and John did and the discussions we have had
about how it should be setup. The documentation so far might now give
you so much but I hope to finish it this week with some images and
all.
