The calculation is weird, it does not come regurarly and the conversions
are different each time. Next time it will really be from Jan 2014 to
However, this will occur when the date 01 Jan 2014 needs to be created
(most likely expiration time again). Recommending to upgrade before the
next turn is a (very) safe boundary.
