[Opendnssec-develop] Bash completion

I've picked up coding again and found myself typing a lot. Therefore I
hacked a basic bash autocompletion script. It only supports enforcerng
for now. I think it could be useful for others as well. Attached.

On my system it lives in "/etc/bash_completion.d/opendnssec"
