 Since you are running 10M entries you will need more physical memory then
 8gig to run smoothly otherwise you will start using the swap and that will
 make your system slow. Try 16gig or 24gig if you can.

 This has to do with, just as Richard wrote, that all entries are kept in
 memory even after its done signing and the signer daemon does not exist.

 I'm closing this ticket since it isn't really a problem however it might
 be good to discuss how we can make this work on the mailing list.
