[Opendnssec-develop] Dropping connection to HSM - Heartbeat mechanism

Hi guys,

As a reference to our meeting this afternoon, I did consult our operations department and they claim that we did not experience a dropping connection to the HSM after the incident last year. It would be hard (maybe even impossible) to reproduce this specific situation. For testing the heartbeat mechanism we can use other situations right?
