 I think I understand what is going on: The backup files are corrupted
 because of a mismatch in backed up keys and the keys in the HSM.
 Therefore, the signer tries to clean up stuff. However, it tries to clean
 up the NSEC3PARAM RR twice.

 Committed a fix in the OpenDNSSEC-1.3 branch and trunk (r5588).
