[Opendnssec-develop] OpenDNSSEC 1.4 and the auditor

I think the auditor is _already_ default off.

I was proposing removing it from the build system, so it wasn't even installed.

Jakob is suggesting keeping it in the source tree, outside of the OpenDNSSEC project, but leaving hooks in the signer in case a user wishes to install it separately. I'm not sure if this requires keeping the auditor up to date - and, if so, whether it is worth the effort.
