 Attached patch to print messages like

 ods-enforcerd: Key 2bdcaf7ff2049bae6ce5e5be119a60f0 removed successfully

 when enforcerd purges key. The same applies when purging is done using
 ods-ksmutil.

 The format of the message is different from ods-hsmutil (which uses "Key
 remove successful: <ID>"). If you think all messages should be consistent,
 I can make the changes to have them all aligned.
