 Teststeps:
     * Use kasp.xml were NSEC3 algorithm is 0 (instead of 1)
     * Update configuration
     * Check if ods-kaspcheck fails

 Expected result:
     * ods-kaspcheck fails for kasp.xml
     * warning that the algorithm value is wrong

 Observed result:

     * ods-kaspcheck validates
     * warning that the algorithm value is wrong
