erratum:

I made an error in the rules after someone made a suggestion for a
better notation.
The first few characters of rule 2 must state:
	There exist no key with its DS rumoured
But I erroneously changed it in to
	There exist a key with its DS not rumoured

Rule 3 had a similar problem.

If someone is _really_ motivated to understand the rules, the new
version can be found in svn.
