 Hello,

 Here are a few patches that improve opendnssec.spec, which has shown to be
 needed/useful for OpenDNSSEC 1.3.0 on RHEL6:

 * removal of deprecated BuildPreReq: declaration
 * ensuring that all %file declarations are actually found
 * create username before first install (skip on later)
 * adapting ods-control to support chkconfig (one comment line)
 * stop running OpenDNSSEC prior to uninstall
 * inclusion of man-pages in %files
