 Implementation of function getpass() is missing in file
 src/bin/softhsm.cpp. This function is GNU extension that does not exist on
 Windows.

 Also dynamic library loading part is not implemented when LoadLibrary is
 used.

 I am attaching patch that fixes these issues.
