 Rickard,

 Matthijs says that ldns has a --with-python configuration option, which is
 probably on for EPEL/Fedora's version of LDNS 1.6.10 (which is what we use
 on RHEL6, as you cannot build OpenDNSSEC without EPEL attached, if you are
 not inclined to build quite a few RPMs).

 In short, this would be a platform issue, and not an OpenDNSSEC issue.
