 The proposed change has the effect that all backup files will be
 corrupted, since it changes the expectations of how the backup file should
 look like.

 Is it possible to get the backup file for the zone that created this
 problem? It is stored at /var/opendnssec/tmp/<zone>.backup. (You may send
 it to me in private, and I think all I need is the NSEC3 parameters part).
