I've updated and added to the monitor requirements document:

It now includes that path to the code and a description of the nagios 
plugins.

My question is, where should this page be linked from? I thought of 
linking from:
http://trac.opendnssec.org/wiki/Signer

in the plugin section?

Is there anywhere better? Or would people rather I leave it orphaned (as 
I believe it currently is).
