 Thanks, fixed in r4165.

 The feedback-patch does not add so much extra value to the message. If it
 is full then it is full (but it would help in debugging purpose if the
 function is not working as it should). However, we will keep in mind for
 v1.3 that the user might want to get a notice before the HSM is full.
