Do we have a clear idea of what we are now waiting for before releasing 1.1
rc1?

Yes

* Still have an issue with the auditor not accepting DNSKEY in the unsigned zone which does not correspond to the policy.
* Could someone test that the privdrop for the zonefetcher works?
* We are still struggling with dropped signatures during key rollover.

Can we move the rejected stories in pivotal to below the 1.1 release
marker?

Done.
