* MacOSX malloc error in zone_reader. I did some small memory management
changes in the code, though I still have troubles triggering this error.

This issue is a 1.0.0 error and it did not affect the trunk.

Though I added ldns_rr2canonical in the zone_reader, I believe the
quicksorter already canonicalized the RRs.
