[Opendnssec-develop] Repositories

I'm just looking at the code that reads the xml for repositories, there is
an issue with it...

While trying to fix it I've found that the following is valid from the
schema point of view:

<Repository name="">
      <Module>/usr/lib/libpkcs11.so</Module>
      <TokenLabel>Sun Metaslot</TokenLabel>
      <PIN>test:1234</PIN>
      <RequireBackup />
</Repository>

Which seems bad to me, but currently gets into the database.

Would people think it reasonable for the enforcer to refuse to accept this?
