#112: ods-ksmutil calling 'killall' on Solaris

When performing a key rollover with ods-ksmutil, 'killall -HUP ods-
enforcerd' is called at the end.
In Solaris, the killall command is not the correct choice as it is being
used by shutdown to kill *all* processes on the system.
On Solaris systems, '/usr/bin/pkill -HUP ods-enforcerd' should be used
instead.
