[Opendnssec-develop] quicksorter moved to trunk

The new quicksorter is now used by the signer. But it fails on some of my zones. I get some extra characters in SSHFP, DS, CERT, TXT. Björn is working on that.

The zone_reader also hangs on something. And uses 100% of the CPU.
