 This could be even more problematic, since Prelude IDS is GPLv2+.

 Anyway... to stop arguing this over and over - see attached
 am_prog_ruby.m4 written from scratch.  You can include it in OpenDNSSEC
 and use whatever license you want to.

 You copy it to m4/ and do:

 {{{
 -AM_PATH_RUBY([], [], [])
 +AM_PROG_RUBY()
 }}}

 in configure.ac
