[Opendnssec-develop] Dnsruby 1.42 release

Hi - 

Just to let you know that I have now released dnsruby-1.42. I think that 
this addresses all known issues. It's available to download at rubyforge, 
or by :

gem install dnsruby

Please let me know of any issues.

I've added a Dnsruby.version method, which the autoconf now checks on 
install (I think). It would be good to test that this works! I'm away for 
the next fortnight, so won't be able to help test - but will be able to 
respond to any major issues.
