 Could you please post the relevant snippets of the logs? Could you please
 also provide a detailed directory listing of the /path/to/opendnssec/tmp/
 folder (the Signer's WorkingDirectory in the conf.xml)?

 Also, could you please confirm which version of OpenDNSSEC you are using?

 When you say "And I removed the step of audit from python code, so auditor
 should not matter. ", do you mean that you removed the <Audit/> tag from
 the kasp.xml file? If you have changed the code, have you made any other
 changes to the code?
