No problem.

When i've seen this before the cause was that in order to speed things up I 
used some logic that is not quite true when zones have been added after the 
initial setup. i will have to look through my notes to find the exact cause, 
and my notes are in a mess because I have moved desks :(

The previous solution was to generate lots of keys, this fixes one issue, but 
the problem is not actually a lack of keys, it is a fault in assigning those 
keys to zones.

I'll have a deeper look.
