I've just committed basic support for generating source code documentation using Doxygen (http://www.stack.nl/~dimitri/doxygen/) for the entire tree (previously this was only used within libhsm). When writing comments in the code (e.g., for documenting function prototypes, data structures etc.), please consider using Doxygen syntax - examples can be found in libhsm/src/libhsm.{h,c}.
