 Default make install does not install eppclient/eppclientd/eppclientd.conf
 man pages. This is happening with both trunk and 1.1.0_beta version.

 Furthermore, it would be nice when eppclient(d) would emit some output
 when running the command with --help or --version, as they are installed
 as regular binaries in a standard PATH.
