Comment:

 You can now use the <DelegationSignerSubmitCommand> tag to take the DNSKEY
 set that should be published. This command could also be used to trigger
 your KSK rollover warning.

 I'm not sure that we will offer any more notification than this and what
 is sent to syslog.

 Are these two methods enough?
