Matthijs had a quick jabber chat this morning regarding this and came  
to the conclusion that the zonefetcher will read both the zonelist and  
(the new) zonefetch config file. initially fetch all zones in the  
zonelist from the source specified in zonefetch.xml and write the  
resulting files to the input file specified in the zonelist with  
".axfr" appended to the filename. the signer engine will, once it  
finds an .axfr-file, move it to the real input file and continue its  
business. we think this should be good enough for 1.0.
