 While checking the signer_engine to find how the NotifyCommand value from
 the conf.xml file is used, I noticed there is a placeholder called "%zone"
 that can be used to provide the notify command with the name of the zone.
 That feature is not described on the current annotated configuration file.
 To make it more useful, I added a second placeholder called %zonefile,
 that contains the name of the output zone file after signing. With this, a
 notify command can check if the zone generated is good and reload it
 (thinking in BIND would be named-checkzone and rndc reload). Please find
 the patch attached.
