Comment:

 SignerThreads and KeygenInterval has been deprecated and I forgot to note
 this in the NEWS file, sorry. I've added a not about this now.

  * SignerThreads was removed as the signer is not threaded (yet).
  * KeygenInterval was removed when keygend and communicated was merged
 into enforcerd.
