[Opendnssec-develop] kasp_check

Hi All - 

Just to let you know that the kasp_check program (which lives in 
OpenDNSSEC/auditor) is now functionally complete.

kasp_check <-c, --conf path/to/conf.xml> <-k, --kasp path/to/kasp.xml>

I'd be very grateful for any comments / bug reports anyone may come up 
with!
